Terms
All work undertaken by CodeMonkeys adheres to the following terms – acceptance of a quote/estimate means that you agree to these terms (don’t worry, they’re here to protect you as well as us).
Our responsibilities
- To provide you with sites that are as free of errors as possible
- To provide you with code that is both functional and elegant
- To provide you with code that suits YOUR needs, not ours.
Our rights:
- To include work done for you in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise)
- To ask you for testimonials if you are truly happy with our work
- To be paid on time and in full – and to request that you remove our work if this is not done
Your (the client’s) responsibilities:
- To provide us with adequate documentation
- To inform us of any problems in good time
- To stick to scope documents or request a new quote with new scope
- To pay on time and in full if required – or remove our work
Your (the client’s) rights:
- To be completely satisfied with the work done for you
- To tell us if there’s a problem of any sort
- To tell us if there’s something you’d like changed – there may be an additional charge but we will try to suit your needs as much as possible
Conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund of your deposit:
- Irrevocable breakdown of relationship
- CodeMonkey’s failure to deliver to specification provided
- You decide to abandon the project (before work has started)
Conditions under which you may be eligible for a partial refund of your deposit:
- Change in requirements which Codemonkeys and you agree that the load is now smaller
- Loyalty bonus program
- You decide to abandon the project (some work has been done but the project is NOT completed)
Please note that these terms and conditions may change at any point.
Should these terms change while your project is still being processed, you will be asked to abide by the conditions under which you accepted our quotation.
